General Policies Lodging

1. Reservations are guaranteed by credit card and/or prepaid

2. If the reservation is guaranteed with a credit card, the guest will pay directly at the Hotel during check-in, the total amount of the stay before entering the room.

3. Hours of entry to the Hotel: Check in from 15:00 hrs.

4. Hotel departure time: Check out: at 12:00 hrs

5. Extra bed or cot: they are subject to availability

6. We have rooms overlooking the pool, subject to availability

7. 100% smoke-free hotel, if the guest smokes inside the room: a penalty of $1,000.00 applies for hygiene and deodorization of the room

8. The access of food and alcoholic beverages to the facilities is not allowed

9. Each room has a safe

10. Pets are not allowed

11. The access of firearms or sharp weapons to the facilities is not allowed. In case of finding any type of weapon, THE HOTEL will notify the corresponding authorities.

12. The Guest must check out by returning the key to their room

13. Parking is free for guests during the date of their stay

14. It is not allowed to make annoying noises inside the rooms, corridors, public areas that disturb the rest of other guests

15. We have a valet parking service

16. Invoices: these are made during the guest's check-out, it is important to request it during check-in, previously providing your proof of updated fiscal situation.

17. The Hotel has Restaurant, swimming pool, gym, Spa, Bar, Meeting rooms for social and corporate events, Gift shop, Medical service only emergencies (external service)

18. The Hotel offers complementary external services with cost: Taxis, Beauty service for hairstyles and makeup, Executive Transfers, Tourist Tours.
